About Sam
I am a Sacramento real estate broker and local housing expert helping buyers, sellers, and real estate investors navigate the Sacramento core, including Midtown, East Sacramento, Land Park, Curtis Park, Oak Park, and Downtown Sacramento. I have a special place in my heart for my home neighborhhod of Little Pocket.
I am the founder of Grounded Real Estate, a locally owned, independent Sacramento brokerage built around honest guidance, strong negotiation, and deep neighborhood knowledge. My work includes residential sales, historic homes, first time buyers, move up buyers, luxury properties, and long term real estate investing.
I am an Army veteran, a UC Davis graduate, and a father of three amazing kids. I have built my career and my business here in Sacramento, and I care deeply about the communities that make this city special. Outside of real estate, I am an avid skier and lifelong Northern California local who values quality of life, access to nature, and strong neighborhoods.
